NOTE:
- Prices are firm and esclation free form the respective dates of booking
- Prices indicated above are subject to revision at the discretion of the company prices ruling on the date of booking shall be applicable.
- The above prices are exclusive of external development charges (EDC)and infrastructure development charges ( IDC) and shall be payable @ Rs. 150/- per sqft.. In case of any upward revision there of any charges by any Govt. agency the same will be recovered on pro- rata basis.
- Other charges as indicated in buyer agreement shall be payable additionally.
- The payment due at the time of booking on the basis of payment plan shall be paid within 30 days of booking and the balance shall be paid as per payment plan.
- Project shall be completed within 36 months with the penalty clause as per Buyer's Agreement.
- Power backup usage charges will be payable to allottee.
- The price of for ECC & FFC will be charged on actual pro- rata basis at the time offer of possession in addition to the prices / charges mentioned above.
- Stamp duty, Registration charges and administrative charges as applicable shall be payable to allottee at the time of execution of conveyance deed.
- Any additional facility provided will be charged extra.
- All units are sold on universal specification.
- Deluxe specification are available only on the written request on additional payment of Rs. 300/- per sqft. However the company may charge this rate at its sole discretion from time to time.
- The area of the flat is super built up area which includes covered plus proportionate share of common area such as stair case, passage, community space, lift facilities etc.
- All building plans, lay out, specification etc.are tentative and subject to variation and modification as decided by the company or the competent authority.
- Universal and deluxe specifications has been defined in the brochure.
- Individual electric connection shall be applied by the allottee in the concerned department (UHBVNL/DHBVNL), after execution of conveyance deed and possession of the property.
- Delayed payment will attract interest as per the terms and condition of builder-buyer agreement.
